Entry Level Cable Installer/ Lightning Protection Installer

Position Description:

Install lightning protection systems.

Hands-on training- no experience necessary. ALP Systems, Inc provides all vehicles, uniforms, safety equipment, tools, and travel expenses.

Salary: $45,000-$60,000. Includes $5,000-$10,000 Non-Taxed Per Diem. Canidates with a lightning protection work history will be started at a much higher rate.

Responsibilities:

· Acquire knowledge on lightning and grounding systems.

· Acquire knowledge about our company and the products and services we provide.

· Provide daily progress reports and project completion logs on an iPad.

· Support and contribute to company projects.

Qualifications:

· Requires the ability to travel frequently.

· Experience in the construction field is preferred but not required. Additional compensation for already acquired OSHA, fall protection & boom lift training, etc.

· Ability to work with heights.

· Ability to operate machinery is preferred but not required.

· Ability to follow directions.

· Applicant must be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

· Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.

This position does not require experience and hands on training will be given to new candidates either way. A great candidate would have a background of residential or commercial construction , construction laborer, roofing, heavy equipment operator, welder, electrician or mechanical experience would be preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
