What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outbound Patient Contact Representative position at Alpaca Audiology?
Alpaca Audiology is looking for talented and competitive Outbound Patient Contact Representatives to generate appointments either by cold calling or using leads.
A successful representative must be friendly, persuasive, patient and cool-tempered. The goal of this role is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
The representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. One must be comfortable making over 100 calls per day, generating interest from qualifying prospects and “closing" sales.
Remote Positions may be available with experience and background in the field.
Responsibilities
- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Provides appropriate solutions via “up sell” based on customers’ profile.
- Educates customers on product offerings and services
- Continued product education to better service customer calls
- Set appointments and achieve daily/monthly quotas
- Research accounts thoroughly to identify upsell opportunities
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience making over 100 of calls per day
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Passionate about success and self-sufficient
