Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken is looking for enthusiastic individuals for the role of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager running a successful shift, ensure that all customers have a satisfactory experience as well as placing product orders, and assisting with the schedule.

Duties :

• Ensure that all team members are on task
• Train new hires
• Ensure the shift is adequately staffed
• Resolve issues with customers, approving of the use of coupons
• Be responsible for the closing of registers, labor and the store.
• Place product orders,weekly / monthly inventory, and assisting with schedule.
