- Responsible for driving regional catering sales and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate total catering operations, including booking catering sampling events, developing a team of coordinators, selecting, and costing menus
- Work with a Catering Director or consultant to organize and accomplish a strategic plan to saturate the market with catering sales.
- Train, lead, and coach catering coordinators.
- Establish a positive relationship with other departments within Alpaca Chicken that displays a collaborative and accountable culture as we seek to provide a first-class experience for our customers.
- Negotiating prices and preparing meticulous catering order forms.
- Spearhead all branded content pertaining to catering
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate catering events. This includes understanding event requirements, menu selection, logistics, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the catering client base.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure that all aspects of the catering event are executed according to the agreed-upon details.
- Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for future business.
(This position is qualifies for a quarterly bonus based on performance evaluation and profitability)
Salary : $18 - $20
