What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Team Member position at Alpaca Chicken?

The FOH Team Member role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day.

- Customer Facing
- Have full knowledge of the menu
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and answer any customer questions about the menu.
- Food Service
- Learning proper portions
- Ensure that all product is available at all times and being served up to standards
- Checkout
- Assist in the checkout process, collect payment and bag food.
- Maintain an accurate cash register and run credit cards.
- Cleaning
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Touching on tables and bussing, and interacting with guests
- Additional
- Opening, closing and side duties that may include but not limited to cleaning and stocking.
