What will you do?
Keep a fun upbeat attitude and create a unique customer experience. Be solution oriented and find fun creative ways to achieve sales goals. As a Key Holder you are expected to be a team player and provide a positive attitude on the sales floor. You will report to the assistant store manager and store manager.
Greet customers in a professional and engaging manner.
Actively work on the sales floor while providing excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.
Adhere to and execute opening and store closing processes and procedures.
Be proactive.
Be punctual.
Meet and exceed pre-established sales targets.
Ensure compliance with cash control procedures including bank deposits and safe funds.
Adhere to inventory management and loss prevention procedures and standards.
Ensure a neat, clean, organized, and well stocked work area.
Process and receive incoming shipping
Assess in-store stock levels and communicate low inventory levels to retail manager daily
Uphold Havaianas dress code guidelines and consistently demonstrate a polished and professional appearance.
Comply with companies’ policies and procedures
Ability to effectively maneuver around the store and backroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, squatting and climbing.
Other responsibilities as assigned to the role.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience in a supervisory capacity preferred, but not required. (Retail experience is a PLUS)
Excellent organizational skills allowing the ability to be resourceful, and problem solve effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable to change
Proficient in basic computer operations
Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts as business dictates.
High School Diploma

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
