We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team based out of our Charlotte, NC US Headquarters. The ideal candidate for the Marketing Communications Leade r applies their expertise with a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to leads the development and execution of marketing communications strategies, enhancing brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation. This role supports sales enablement and collaborates with various business functions to ensure consistent messaging. Additionally, the Manager will assist with HR communication to improve employee engagement.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Communications Leade r will be reportable to the Senior Government Affairs Manager and be responsible for the following :

Marketing, Communications, & Brand Strategy / Execution :

• Define and execute a strategy to enhance Alpek Polyester's brand awareness to customers and across industries.
• Develop and manage branding materials, public relations, and HR communication projects.
• Ensure all branding materials are accurate and up-to-date by learning product and service attributes, effectively gathering information from internal teams and the market - customers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and legal requirements.
• Support company culture efforts.
