We are currently in need of a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in face-to-face sales. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and a demonstrated track record of effectively resolving customer complaints and issues. In addition, excellent interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills, ability to accomplish goals as an individual and as a team, and confidence to be patient with customers are traits that are needed in a candidate. A desire to stay on task and support a company focused on caring for people is the foundation of our team.

Responsibilities:
- Willingness and desire to learn.

- Calling clients to ask them to bring their pet to the clinic
- Reviewing a bill with people and collecting the money
- Addition and some multiplication
- Listening to the clients
- Communicating preventative care options with clients
- Comforting animals and people during times of stress
- Guiding people within the lobby
- Willing to ask people if we exceeded their expectations
