What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Seasonal Server - With Housing! position at Alpenhof Lodge?
We are seeking to grow our team of confident, congenial Server/FOH Support with a passion for service! Understanding that we are a 24 hour, 7day a week business that will require a flexible schedule, within reason.
This position starts at $20/hour PLUS Tips!
Seasonal Dates: May 10th to October 15th | Can accommodate flexibility with a start date
The main responsibility is providing a high level of customer service to each guest by staying at the hotel by doing the following-
- Take, prepare, deliver, and clear all food and beverage orders in the restaurant/bar and during banquet events
- Prepare and process checks and respond to questions, requests, and customer complaints
- Carry and deliver food orders from the kitchen to the restaurant/bar or banquet event
- Responsible for the set up and break down of all food and beverage outlets including but not limited to the set up of tables, chairs, and buffets, and clearing of all food and beverage outlets, banquet space, and public areas
- Clear and set tables, restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Greet incoming guests and seat guests along with utilizing the computer/register to collect payments and make changes
