Safety Professionals — Oil & Gas Refinery Turnaround Project

Alpha & Omega Safety Services, Inc. (dba A&O Safety) is seeking multiple experienced Safety Professionals for upcoming oil & gas refinery turnaround projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects with competitive pay and further opportunities.

Position Details:

• Industry: Oil & Gas – Refinery Turnaround
• Duration: 4–6 weeks (with potential for additional projects)
• Location: [USA-wide]
• Pay Rate: ~$50/hour
• Per Diem: [Dependent on location]/day (7 days/week)
• Travel (Mob/Demob): GSA rate at $.70/mile from home to project location
• Start Date: [TBD]

Qualifications:

• OSHA 510 preferred; OSHA 500 and/or CHST certification a plus
• Minimum 5 years of industrial or refinery turnaround safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, refinery safety protocols, and turnaround best practices
• Ability to conduct site audits, permit-to-work reviews, and safety training and ensure compliance with all site-specific safety standards
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience working as a 3rd-party safety representative a plus

Required:

• TWIC card
• Basic Plus safety orientation is required if the refinery site mandates it.
