As a Service Writer , a typical day may include the following :
- Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturerâ€'s specifications
- Acting as a liaison between the technician and customers
- Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
- Establish long-term positive relationships with customers
