Job description : Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load the oven
- Fill bakery racks with bread/bun pans
- Physically move bread/bun racks in and out of proof box
- Physically push/pull pan carts over to bread/bun conveyor
- Load and unload empty pans both on and off conveyor
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Capable of working in high heat environment.
- Willingness to learn food safety and sanitation.
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Capable of following safe work practices.
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
- Must complete post offer background check, post offer physical, drug/alcohol screen and lifting assessment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift/carry bread/bun pans - up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to push bread/bun pan carts to conveyor
- Capable of performing repetitive work
- Must be able to tolerate working in a hot humid environment
