**Job Overview:**
Alpha Baking Company, Inc. is a national distributor of breads, rolls, and buns, as well as sweet goods. We are seeking a skilled Route Sales Driver to join our team based out of the Appleton, Wisconsin depot.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver and merchandise products at retail customer accounts in a timely manner.
- Manage route inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
**Requirements:**
- Prior route delivery and sales experience is preferred.
- Must have an excellent driving record and be able to maintain a D.O.T. certification.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work independently while managing time and productivity.
