What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator position at Alpha Baking?
As a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator at Alpha Baking Company, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your duties will include physically moving bread/bun stacks to the shipping dock, repetitively using upper extremities to break down stacks of product, and physically shuttling bread trays and materials to the staging area. You will also unload semi-trailers and route incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items and recording shortages. In addition, you will operate an electric pallet jack to move or hoist materials from packaging to the shipping dock and perform computer functions to track goods and create shipping labels.
