- Conduct thorough research to pinpoint the root causes of issues and develop optimal solutions.
- Incubate ideas and conduct POCs to validate concepts.
- Assist in creating and refining strategy implementation plans for strategic initiatives, define vision, OKRs, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Generate and present outputs that support and drive desired outcomes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize strategies.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive continuous enhancement of strategic processes.
- Assist in ensuring RDDT projects and programs align with strategic objectives.
- Manage S&O owned digital products throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintain roadmap, vision and OKRs to support RDDT teams
- Engage in product management activities to drive success.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role.
