The Vice President (VP) of ISV and Strategic Partnerships is a pivotal role responsible for developing and managing relationships with ISVs, technology partners, and strategic alliances. This leader will play a crucial role in driving growth, innovation, and market expansion by fostering high-value partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes in the merchant services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software and technology landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships relating to payment processing.

Essential Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

? Develop and execute a comprehensive ISV and strategic partnership strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.

? Identify key market trends, partner opportunities, and ecosystem gaps to inform strategic decisions.

Partnership Development:


? Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier ISVs, technology providers, and strategic partners.

? Lead negotiations for partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.

? Drive co-marketing, co-selling, and joint go-to-market initiatives to maximize partnership impact.

Business Growth:


? Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions into the company’s product and service offerings.

? Oversee the creation of scalable partner programs, incentives, and engagement models to foster growth.

? Monitor and optimize the performance of partnerships, ensuring revenue and business targets are met.

Ecosystem Enablement:


? Champion the development of an integrated partner ecosystem to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.

? Advocate for ISV needs within the organization to ensure alignment and enablement.

Team Leadership:

? Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

? Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.

Stakeholder Collaboration:


? Act as a key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

? Ensure alignment across teams to deliver cohesive and impactful partner solutions.
