What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Engineer position at Alpha Elevator Control?
Full Job Description (Work In Office Only):
Troubleshooting technical issues related to Alpha Elevator Controller products.
Worked with the Software Engineers to debug software on Alpha Elevators Controls.
Travel to job sites to provide technical support.
Providing after hours technical support.
Assist in developing and improving company’s product and technical documentation.
Assisting engineering department with engineering jobs.
Assisting software department with software development.
Assisting R&D department with hardware development.
Assisting production department with building and testing Alpha Elevator Controllers.
Desired/Preferred Experience:
· Strong customer service experience and skills
· Strong written and oral communications skills
· Spanish speaker preferred
· Elevator knowledge/experience preferred
· Being able to read and understand electrical drawing schematics
