Job description: Office Support Staff
· Learn our software system to help to create work orders
· Manage filing in an organized and consistent manner
· Help organize and maintain office common areas
· Perform general office clerk duties and errands
· Answer customers emails
· Cross train in other areas
Requirements:
We are busy and are looking for someone who will start as soon as possible. Our system is not complicated, but we need someone who is focused and is determined to learn, who pays close attention to detail, and who wants to grow with our company.
· Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
· High school diploma or associate’s degree
· Ability to write & speak clearly and correctly in a business professional manner
· Warm personality with strong communication skills
· Ability to work well under limited supervision
· We need someone reliable, who does not have any vacation plans or time off at least for the next 6 months
· Must have own transportation
