An international nutrition product provider is looking for an experienced e-commerce manager to drive the growth of its rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer supplement brand. This role focuses on scaling the brand across multiple sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, iHerb, Walmart, and retail, through strategic digital advertising, customer acquisition, and paid media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Brand & Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and market share.
Oversee marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, retail, and online advertising.
Manage agencies and external partners as needed.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to drive growth opportunities.
2) E-Commerce Performance & Analytics
Analyze and interpret e-commerce data to develop performance-driven strategies that achieve key KPIs, including CAC targets .
Utilize analytical tools to track e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights.
Optimize brand presence across digital platforms, including website content, SEO, and social media profiles.
3) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
Manage relationships with operations teams, digital marketing agencies, international teams, and customer service to support e-commerce growth.
Oversee the functionality and UX of the Shopify website, collaborating with developers and designers to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
4) Leadership & Budget Management
Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing training and strategic direction.
Develop and manage the brand’s e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activities to maintain a strong market position.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience , with at least 3 years in consumer goods e-commerce (strong preference for supplement, health, or wellness industries).
Expertise in e-commerce platforms and analytics, including Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRM tools.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing agencies, consultants, and internal teams.
