Internatinal Financial Firm is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations/Employment Law. This position offers a significant growth opportunity within a thriving international financial firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct comprehensive compensation and benefits market surveys, including the annual McLagan benchmarking study. Analyze results, forecast trends, and develop insightful proposals for management.
- Manage the annual corporate-wide review process and Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), ensuring all materials and reports are meticulously maintained.
- Collaborate closely with HR specialists, management, and counsel to resolve complex employee relations issues, addressing a range of employment matters and inquiries.
- Offer expert guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs, updating leave policies and coordinating administration activities.
- Drive the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, working with both internal HR teams and external vendors to achieve strategic objectives.
- Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and maintaining impeccable records for audits and assessments.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in HR practices.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; SHRM or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on asset management.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation strategies and total rewards program administration, including direct experience with LTIP.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (experience with Bamboo HR is advantageous).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities; capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
- Independent work ethic complemented by an ability to function effectively as part of a team.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
