Full job description

Alpha Home care Solutions Inc is currently seeking a proven sales representative to generate private clients’ referrals for home care services. We are looking for a high energy, results focused candidate committed to the growth of our organization .This is an outside sales position that requires daily face-to-face sales and calls with private clients’ referral sources.


Primary goal is generating private clients’ referrals by building new relationships with clients, their family, and the senior care communities that result in direct client referrals and new service. We need a serious go-getter who can initiate and form lasting relationships with both prospective clients interested in services and with the senior care community.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care industry or in the healthcare or senior care industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately. Our Office location is in Nashua, NH.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generating Referrals: Actively seek out and develop relationships with private clients’ referral sources such as hospitals case managers, physicians, clinics, nursing homes, adult daycares, senior centers, and assisted living facilities in Nashua / Manchester / Concord, NH area. 
  • Conduct informative and persuasive sales calls and presentations to potential private clients and referral sources. Follow up on leads and inquiries and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale. 
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
  • Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads.
  • Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities
  • Work to meet or exceed established sales targets. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospecting efforts. 
  • Develop a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone, and the web


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation -Bonus and Commission structure based on experience and results.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a sales role in home care, health care or related senior services businesses.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the health care and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development.
  • Knowledge of Nashua / Manchester / Concord, NH area.
  • Minimum two years of sales experience in health care, home care, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and Google products.
  • The ability to use market intelligence, analytics, and data to make informed decisions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Current driver's license and proof of insurance; ability to travel 90 % of the time in the field.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and goal-oriented work ethic.
  • High energy and a positive attitude, with the ability to excel under pressure.
