What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst position at Alpha Home Health and Hospice?
The role of a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) at Alpha Home Health and Hospice is to collaborate with a Qualified Supervising Professional, Supervisor, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Interventionists in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working under the supervision of a BCBA, overseeing client programming, training caregivers, conducting behavioral assessments, and designing support plans
- Coordinating and evaluating functional assessments and behavior intervention plans for clients
- Maintaining compliance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's (BACB) Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and state regulations in Minnesota
- Sustaining a weekly billable caseload as directed by the Clinic Manager or Assistant Clinic Manager
