- EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current New Mexico R.N. license, BLS certification, and preferred national certification in expertise area.
- SKILLS: Strong clinical and leadership abilities, effective communication, analytical skills, problem-solving, team motivation, planning, and organizational skills.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in clinical medical/surgical roles and 2 years in progressive management.
