Position: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Elk Horn, IA

Shift: Varies

Schedule: PRN

Salary: $24.00 - $36.00

• Support multiple locations within 150 miles of home
• Mileage reimbursement and float premiums available
• Minimum 30 hours/month and one weekend shift required
• 3 months of Long Term Care experience required
  
  

Responsibilities include providing resident care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Must hold an unencumbered LPN license and complete required training. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and generous time off.
