Alpha Home Health and Hospice offers a Patient-Centered Nursing Role for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This opportunity allows you to provide high-quality nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. Our dedicated team fosters long-lasting relationships with residents and associates.
Work Schedule: 2pm-10pm Tuesday and Wednesday, every other weekend.
You will be responsible for assessing, communicating, and documenting residents' status, reporting significant changes in resident health, supervising Resident Care Assistants, and mentoring Lead Assistants. You will also coordinate care with community providers, prevent elder abuse, and respond to emergencies.
Requirements:
- Current LPN license
- CPR certification
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
