- Communicating with departmental leaders about staff activities and issues.
- Investigating complaints from patients and staff.
- Facilitating patient flow in the hospital.
- Guiding clinical staff with instructions.
- 2 years of hospital clinical experience required; 5 years preferred.
- Minimum education: ADN; preferred: BSN.
- Required certifications: RN license in Kansas, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, STABLE.
- Preferred: Professional certification in a clinical specialty.
