Job Summary
As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities, autism, or senior care needs. You will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence.

Duties

• Provide direct support to clients in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and report any changes in client condition.
• Document daily activities and observations accurately in accordance with company policies.
• Foster a positive relationship with clients to enhance their emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or direct support roles is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
