Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, medication administration)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Educate and support patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers
Requirements:
- Washington LPN licensure
- Home Health/Hospice experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
