Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced and caring full-time LPN (LVN, Licensed Practical Nurse) for our Home Health division supporting Whatcom County.

Essential Duties

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management, etc.)
• Provide skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
• Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
• Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers

Requirements and Qualifications

• Washington LPN (LPN) licensure
• Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience is preferred, but not required
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
