Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant is expected to be a product knowledge expert for our imaging equipment alongside developing strong relationships with customers through cold calls, appointments, and presentations. Additionally, staying up to date on industry trends and maintaining established relationships. This is to best advise customers on products tailored to their needs and the needs of their patients.
Responsibilities:
- Sell the full product portfolio through cold calls, appointments, needs assessments, and solution presentations.
- Understand client’s buying habits, cycles, and corporate structures.
- Build strong rapport with clients at all levels within hospitals, private offices, and clinics.
- Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Collaborate with team members to close business and ensure successful equipment installation and implementation.
- Maintain accurate client information and forecasting in the CRM.
- Conduct yourself professionally and knowledgeably.
- Support existing customers and prospect for new business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and product features/benefits.
- Promote the company at business events.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and co-workers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of proven B2B sales performance
- Knowledge of general sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, writing, and PC skills.
- Knowledge of medical imaging preferred
