Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Operate yard tools, including shovels, rakes, and power equipment, to maintain the cleanliness of the yard.
• Inspect and organize equipment and materials in the yard to ensure they are readily accessible.
• Support the management of yard inventory, ensuring items are well-stocked and easily accessible.
• Transport materials and equipment as needed to job sites and vendors.
• Follow safety protocols when handling equipment, tools, and materials.
• Assist in performing minor repairs and maintenance to yard equipment.
• Work with the team to ensure the yard remains organized and free of hazards.
• Support other labor-intensive tasks such as digging, lifting, and operating heavy machinery under supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Equipment Superintendent.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 4 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Strong ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work in a physically demanding environment.
  
  

The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $25 - $30 per hour.
