Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and enforce all safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.

Develop and adjust daily schedules based on priorities, weather, and resource availability.

Assign tasks to team members and contractors based on skill sets and project needs.

Monitor work quality to ensure standards are met across all project activities.

Inspect tools and equipment daily, ensuring safety compliance and functionality.

Manage and monitor project budgets to stay within financial targets.

Serve as the primary point of contact between construction crews and management.

Address and resolve site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

Read, interpret, and enforce company policies, procedures, and plans.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site.

Provide regular updates on project progress to supervisors and stakeholders.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.

Qualifications :

Minimum of two (2) years in a construction foreman or similar role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Mac applications. Ability to read and

interpret construction drawings, plans, and blueprints.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Compensation : $55 - $60 per hour, based on experience.
