The Employee Relations Specialist will assume a pivotal role within our organization. The responsibilities will encompass strategic planning and hands-on execution across various HR functions, with a primary focus on enhancing employee relations, performance management, engagement, benefits administration, training, and policy implementation. This role will be instrumental in building collaborative relationships throughout the company and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, resolving workplace issues and mediating conflicts.
- Enforce policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Conduct confidential investigations, gather evidence, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support employees through performance plans, coaching, and personal challenges.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate on training programs and ensure compliance with training and certification requirements.
- Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring consistency and participating in appraisals.
- Maintain accurate records and present reports on employee relations metrics.
- Manage HRIS transactions and ensure data integrity.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for new hire onboarding
- Support departmental initiatives and handle other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
