Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Use various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule in-person interviews.
- Assess candidates for skillset, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively, setting expectations, and ensuring candidates are informed throughout the process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive impression of the company.
- Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of recruitment marketing strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, and other relevant KPIs.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment strategies based on data and feedback.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to ensure that hiring practices align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Assist with the implementation of ATS, including system configuration, process training, and optimization to improve recruiting workflows.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth transition to ATS and improve efficiency in applicant tracking and hiring processes.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers and recruiters on best practices for using ATS.
- Assigned special projects as needed related to Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR field.
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles across different departments.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment strategies.
The compensation will vary based on experience starting at $85,000.00 annual salary.
