How you will make an impact...

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on drill rigs and drilling support equipment.

Inspect and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure peak performance and compliance with safety regulations.

Conduct field service repairs when needed, traveling to job sites to support ongoing drilling operations.

Overhaul and rebuild diesel engines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems as necessary.

Maintain accurate service logs, repair reports, and inventory records for all drilling equipment.

Work with drilling teams to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for equipment diagnostics and repairs.

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, implementing best practices for workplace safety.

What you will have...

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or Drill Rig Mechanic.

Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

Experience with troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, air compressors, winches, and mud pumps.

Ability to work in remote job site conditions and adapt to challenging work environments.

Must be willing to travel.

Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.

Valid CDL A (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and meet the physical demands of the job.

The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $40-$45 per hour.
