Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and delivering training programs that align with company objectives and employee needs.

Support the career progression framework, providing tools and resources to help employees navigate career growth.

Facilitate onboarding programs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance new hire orientation (NHO).

Develop and curate training content (e.g., e-learning modules, workshops, leadership development programs).

Coordinate mentorship programs, ensuring effective mentor-mentee pairings and engagement.

Support the Learning Management System (LMS) by managing content, tracking participation, and ensuring system effectiveness.

Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.

Gather and analyze training feedback and performance data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Partner with HRBPs and department leaders to identify skills gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.

Assist in the administration of leadership development initiatives and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field preferred.

2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or HR-related roles.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design principles.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations.

Collaborative team player with a passion for employee growth and development.

The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $75,000-$95,000 per year.
