- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations effectively.
- Ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and used.
- Conduct jobsite inspection to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in Landscape and maintenance company.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff members effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
