Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship. This role involves working on various construction projects, utilizing a range of skills including power tools, blueprint reading, and masonry. The Carpenter/Laborer will play a crucial role in building, assembling, and fabricating structures while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Build and assemble structures according to design plans.
• Install cabinets and other fixtures with precision.
• Engage in masonry work for various construction applications.
• Ensure all work is plumb, level, and structurally sound.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction field.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with cabinet installation processes.
• Basic masonry skills are preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
