We are seeking a Human Resource Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities :

  • On-board new employees
  • Insurance
  • Calendars
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Help Coordinate events
  • Accurately maintain employee files (PTO, Insurance, Write-Ups, etc.)

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual
