Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Alpha Law LLC. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and enhancing our client services through exceptional administrative support. As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, handling incoming communications with professionalism and discretion, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings, ensuring timely updates on case progress.
- Assist attorneys with case management, including filing, document preparation, and organizing case files.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our case management system.
- Assist with office organization and general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience in a legal or office environment is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
