Alpha Limousine provides premium limousine and transportation services. We're looking for an experienced Limousine Manager to join our team and ensure smooth office operations and quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Manager day to day office operations and staff.
Handle customer bookings, inquiries and complaints.
Coordinate with chauffeurs to ensure timely service.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
Prepare reports and invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
At least three years of office management experience in the transportation industry.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in office software and quickbooks.
Ability to multitask and manager a team.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
