About the Job

CNC Lathe / Mill Set Up / Operator

This is a 1st shift position, working 40-50 hours per week with occasional Saturdays. Normal working hours are Mon-Fri 7 am to 3 : 30 pm.

Must be in Arizona. Looking to setup interviews and fill a few positions ASAP.

Immediate opening for day shift :

CNC Lathe / Mill Set Up / Operator.

Qualifications :

Must be dependable and show up to work everyday.

Strong mechanical background.

Ability to read and understand blueprints & other mechanical drawings.

Working knowledge of geometry and mathematics.

Good communication skills.

Strong CNC Lathe / mill knowledge.

Minimum 3-5 years experience setting up Mills or lathes.

Must have your own tools.

Functions :

Set up and operate CNC Lathes / Mills.

Organize and set up an inspection to monitor parts.

Maintain a clean machine & working area.

Work ethic :

Team player.

Work with others to use everyone's strong points and abilities.

Earn respect and give respect.

Take pride in your work and have a sense of ownership.

Must be reliable.
