Alpha Mail is looking for an experienced Researcher / Data Entry Associate to join our growing team. Our agency offers scale-up solutions for post-funding tech startups. Our clients include hedge funds, software companies, and blockchain organizations.
Job Description:
- Gathers, validates, formats, cleans, and uploads the contact information for our campaigns.
- Conducting a thorough data analysis of clients' information and storage systems.
- Installing and maintaining data collection software and various web scrapers.
- Verifying and extracting data through diligent research across multiple websites & sources.
- Importing and transferring data to a secure central database.
- Performing regular data integrity and quality audits.
- Creating and submitting data collection reports.
- Troubleshooting database storage issues.
- Produce qualitative and quantitative reports to be used in data analysis
Hiring Requirements
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Experience with data integration or transformation
- Data Mapping
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace
- Report Building / Data presenting
- Experience with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
