Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in apartments, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain health standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to uphold quality standards and improve processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel/apartment housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in multifamily, hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
