Leasing and Marketing Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing & Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with residents. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for real estate.

Duties

• Assist potential tenants in finding suitable rental properties by providing information about available units and conducting property tours.
• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including application processing, lease preparation, and tenant move-in coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and property maintenance requests using property management software such as Yardi.
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 regulations and other housing laws to facilitate smooth leasing operations.
• Handle office tasks including data entry, filing documents, and maintaining organized records related to property management.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the property maintenance team to coordinate repairs and upkeep of properties as needed.
• Promote the community through marketing efforts and outreach initiatives to attract new tenants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and office procedures is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
• Proficient in data entry and comfortable using technology for record keeping and communication.
• Knowledge of OneSite or similar property management software is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and team members alike.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
