What You’ll Do : Lead community outreach efforts to connect residents with affordable communication services and improve access to digital tools Execute sales presentations with the goal of enrolling new customers Track outreach progress through data collection and analysis, ensuring goals are met and strategies are continuously improved Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to share insights from the field and improve promotional strategies Assist in identifying new outreach opportunities to expand our impact Help develop strategic plans to grow the outreach program and increase participation services sales margins What We’re Looking For : Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for community service and social impact Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks Experience in community outreach, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required A problem-solving mindset with a desire to contribute to the betterment of the Dallas area #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
