We are seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to drive growth, develop strategic sales plans, and manage key national accounts. This role involves leading initiatives to expand business, foster customer relationships, and achieve sales objectives. Reporting to the Global VP of Sales, this position offers growth potential into a leadership role overseeing domestic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
  • Provide market insights to support product development and innovation.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Travel as required to meet clients, conduct presentations, and manage sales processes.
  • Collaborate on customer testing, facility visits, and project development.
  • Lead and mentor a national sales team to achieve high performance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or experience in the food / protein industry is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
