What Youll Do:
- Assemble and wire telecom systems based on drawings and instructions
- Install and configure computers, servers, and network switches
- Load and test software/configuration files on equipment
- Use tools like multimeters for testing and troubleshooting
- Perform system inspections and customer acceptance testing
- Help identify and fix hardware or process issues
- Package and prepare systems for delivery
- Build and repair cables in-house
- Support junior staff and assist with testing procedures
What You Need:
- 2-year technical degree preferred
- Experience assembling and testing telecom or IT systems
- Comfortable with installing software on client and server computers
- Knowledge of AC/DC systems and electronic hardware assembly
- Skilled with tools like multimeters for basic testing
- Basic knowledge of Windows and common tech peripherals
- Soldering skills a plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
