Alpha Media is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who loves the world of radio! The position provides data entry support and coordinates various sales initiatives for our Austin/Albert Lea, Luverne, Mankato and Redwood Falls clusters. This is an hourly position that has the potential to earn performance-based bonus.
The position is a good introduction to the inner workings of radio sales, on-line auctions, digital advertising.
Responsibilities of this position may include the following:

The position provides data entry support and coordinates various sales initiatives for our Austin/Albert Lea, Luverne, Mankato and Redwood Falls clusters. Responsibilities of this position may include the following:
- Heavy data entry of digital sales
- Manage on-line auction activities
- Generate reports as needed.
- Work closely with sales and local management.
- Attend sales meetings as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned and consistent with the job title.
Requirements for this position include the following:
- Attention to detail.
- Accurate data-entry skills.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to develop logistical requirements for the on-line auction in coordination with sales and local management.
- Professional and effective interpersonal skills.
- Profeciency using G Suite programs.
- Effective and professional written and verbacl communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
This is an entry-level position but preference may be given to candidates who havePrevious experience in broadcast media.
