Inside Sales Executive

Alpha Media – Farmington/Festus, MO is looking for an Inside Sales Representative/Marketing Consultant. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, balance priorities, take direction, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment that is fast paced and revenue driven. Responsibilities for this position may include:

• Contact established and new customers in our listening area and present radio marketing plans.
• Develop a positive relationship with Account Executives and support staff.
• Submit ad schedule and copy to traffic department.
• Generate new business and establish relationships with clients.

• Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess strong analytical problem solving skills.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a great personality and able to work in a team environment.

Preference may be given to candidates who meet the above requirements and have the following:

• Prior sales experience.
